Every step of the way he assured me that all our needs would be met to our expectations and followed through to do just that. He was very detailed with the financials and all the arrangements, and very responsive to all my concerns and questions. The quote I received did not match the initial quote I received 3 months earlier as they since had a price increase. However. since my son did not even get his dad's remains back until 3 months after the passing, and we were just now able to work on the arrangements, they honored the original quote.
